This course is a 1 day workshop where you will learn how to heal yourself and others through this lovely method of Reiki healing. This is an introductory into the history and teachings of the Usui Healing method, and a pre requiste for Reiki level 2. You will learn to feel energy and how it can help with yourself, others, pets and plants. Learning hand positions and more. Receive a Workbook and Certificate.
