Clients must be over the age of 18, if under this age all treatments are to be booked by a parent or guardian and the parent/guardian must remain present during the session.

Flourish has a "No Refund Policy" so please choose your Treatments or products carefully.

Flourish requires 24 hours notice on cancellation for all appointments booked as these sessions are set especially for you. We do understand that unexpected things can happen and you will be offered a chance to reschedule or be given a credit to be used at a later date.

Please be on time for your appointment, this time slot has been set just for you . If you are late your appointment will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will still be charged, this is so as not to inconvenience the next client. It is the responsibility for you, the client to provide all necessary information including allergies and health issues regarding the treatment you will be receiving prior to your treatment by filling out a confidential client information form, and agree to release Flourish Mind Body Soul of any circumstance, condition, or aggravation that may be as a result of the healing, massage or any treatment given on the premises.

Intuitive Card Reading and Guidance T&C's
All Readings are done in good faith and in no means a substitute for professional Medical advice or a replacement. Always see your GP for any health issues to receive correct diagnosis and treatment.
I provide a safe nurturing space and environment for your Reading (including the tissues) to allow you to process the information that is shared from Spirit. The messages passed on are never 100% set in stone and you are the master of your own destiny and have the power of free will. to change things. All information is kept confidential.
Tracey uses Intuitive guidance from her Guides , as well as tools , such as Oracle and Angel cards and Energy Healing to bring you guidance.
All clients must be over 18 years to receive a reading. It is recommended that you have at least 6 months between readings, however preferably 12 months. Readings can be done In person or via email. If via email, Tracey must receive a clear face photo of you and full payment to be able to proceed, as to which a time slot will be set aside just for you and emailed to you shortly after.
